SomaSoul Membership integrates yoga and Taoist philosophy with therapeutic insights and contemporary somatic science, offering a holistic approach to mind-body healing.

we offer three membership tiers—Jing, Qi, and Shen—each named after Taoism’s 'Three Treasures' (essence, energy, spirit) and tailored to different levels of engagement and support.
Whether you’re just beginning and want to build your foundation (Jing), looking to energize and expand your practice further (Qi), or ready to dive deep into spiritual embodiment with the fullest access (Shen), we have a pathway for you.

This is a membership for cultivating stability, body awareness, and inner balance. It is ideal for those who want to stay connected to their bodies through high-quality, guided yoga and breath practices without overwhelm. Follow a steady rhythm with weekly yoga classes — each with a unique focus designed to support your nervous system, posture, flexibility, and inner calm.
A living bridge between therapeutic embodiment and energetic alchemy. This tier supports practitioners who want more than a workout — they want to understand their energetic patterns, regulate emotions through movement, and align with deeper cycles of change. You also get access to the wide library of Online Courses for FREE.
A high-level membership tier for committed practitioners, space holders, and spiritual professionals. SHEN refers to spirit in Taoist and Chinese medicine systems — the light of awareness that guides the body, mind, and energy system. In the Yogic tradition, this corresponds to the practice of sādhanā, svādhyāya (self-inquiry), and clarity of mind (sattva).

SomaSoul is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're just beginning your journey or already have a strong practice, each tier offers the support you need. JING is perfect for a steady foundation, while QI and SHEN offer more depth and complexity. -

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can follow the journey at your own pace and revisit the practices anytime -
You can choose what feels right for you.
Most members spend 1–2 hours per week in JING, and 2–4 hours in QI or SHEN. Some love to go deeper. The structure supports both consistency and flexibility — there's no pressure to “keep up.” -
Yes.

While JING is more self-guided, the upper tiers offer live sessions, voice guidance, and opportunities for deeper interaction — including personal energy responses and group dialogue in SHEN.
